Hey Doll!

We’re excited to help you execute on a podcast strategy for Aquagenuity. Here’s a small example of our previous work (just to give you an idea), and some additional information. Please let me know if you have any questions at all.

More than 100 podcasters have praised our outreach and pitching methods as the best they’ve ever seen. Check some of the responses out here.

Best Practices

Here’s some best practices for podcast episode length and structure:

  • 20-40 minute episodes (based off initial audio of 30 minutes - 2 hours)

  • Fun, entertaining, surprising, and informative/actionable

  • Stories are more memorable than facts and figures

  • Engaging custom music throughout each episode to highlight key story points

  • Leadership team can review and approve “rough draft” before episode goes live

Distribution

We will distribute the Aquagenuity Podcast on all major podcast platforms (so those listening on Android or iOS can listen):

  1. Apple Podcasts

  2. Google Play

  3. Spotify

  4. Overcast

  5. Stitcher

  6. TuneIn

  7. iHeart Radio

  8. Deezer

  9. Pocket Casts (our personal favorite podcast player)

Sound Design & Intro Music

We’ll create completely custom sound design for the Aquagenuity Podcast that matches the vibe you’re going for.

Here’s a few examples of podcast sound design and intro music we’ve created:

Song (a fun bonus :))

Just for fun, we included a full song our Head of Podcast Production (Eric Sirianni) wrote and recorded to show a little bit of our versatility. Obviously this isn’t pertinent to podcasting, but thought you might find it interesting!
